Yes, we bring up costs quite often and will do so at least 42 times more. We have added the ability to specify an unmanaged bucket to be used for backups, since that might result in savings for you. If specified, all internal bucket creation logic will be skipped, and the credentials provided will be used instead. Check out the feature documentation here.
